(the “Museum”), including the information on this website (www.greenfad.shop) and all subdomains, subpages, and subparts and including websites accessed through mobile devices and/or

downloaded mobile applications (collectively, the “Site”), the user, visitor or customer agrees to be bound by the following:

The Museum provides the Site in support of the Museums mission to collect, preserve, study, promote, exhibit, and encourage appreciation for and advance knowledge of works of art.

Materials on the Site are presented as historical objects and/or art and are unaltered and uncensored. Please note that the materials may contain images or content that some consider to

be derogatory, outdated, offensive, or biased. Additionally, some materials may include graphic imagery or nudity which some people may find disturbing. The documents, images,

publications, audiovisual materials, and other items have been preserved in their original state and context for their historical and artistic significance and do not reflect the values of the

Museum but rather the social attitudes and circumstances of the period or place in which they were created.

At the Museum, we aim to carefully describe our collections in an informative and accurate manner that is respectful of the creators of the collections, those represented in the materials, and

those who may use the collections. We are committed to using inclusive, anti-racist, non-derogatory language when describing our collections. We acknowledge that we sometimes

describe communities of which we are not a part, and some of these communities may be historically marginalized and underrepresented in the archives. We also recognize that we may

sometimes fail and are committed to a process of constant reflection and improvement. If you find inaccurate descriptions or harmful or offensive language in the collection descriptions created by Museum staff, please contact us at greenfadmuseum@gmail.com. We welcome your feedback.

The Museum makes every effort to ensure that it has appropriate rights to provide access to content through the Site. If you are a rights holder of materials featured on the Site and believe

Upon receipt of a takedown request, the Museum will assess the validity of the request and, if necessary, temporarily remove the material from the Site while we assess the concern. Upon completion of the assessment, we will take appropriate action and communicate that action to you.
 

Sustainability

The Museum encourages and promotes sustainability and employs various evolving strategies so that it may operate sustainably and use sustainable products. The Museum uses its best efforts to

use, employ, promote, sell, and/or auction sustainable products and techniques. However, the Museum cannot guarantee that all products and/or techniques used, employed, promoted, sold,

and/or auctioned are sustainable.
 

Health and Medical Information

The Museum encourages its patrons and the public to engage in healthy activities and a healthy lifestyle including, among other things, promoting a healthy diet and promoting cancer awareness and screenings. Any medical information on the Site is provided as an information resource only, and is not to be used or relied on for any diagnostic or treatment purposes. This information does not create any patient-physician relationship, and should not be used as a substitute for professional diagnosis and treatment.
The Museum encourages you to consult a health care provider before making any health care decisions or for guidance about a specific medical condition. The Museum expressly disclaims responsibility, and shall have no liability, for any damages, loss, injury, or liability whatsoever suffered as a result of your reliance on the information contained in the Site.
 

Auctions and Sales

From time to time, the Museum may list materials, goods, and/or services for sale or auction through the Site. The Museum has the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any orders placed on the Sites. Errors in pricing or description are subject to correction and may be adjusted at any time. Errors in order processing are also subject to correction. A user must be 18 or older to make a purchase on the Site. Every attempt is made to provide accurate information about materials, goods, and/or services for sale or auction listed for sale. The Museum does not warrant that any information, including

product descriptions, promotions, and product availability, is correct, complete, current, or without typographical errors. All typographical errors, inaccuracies, and omissions are subject to

correction. In addition, some materials, goods, and/or services are sold through the Site by a third-party. The Museum uses its best efforts to ensure the information presented is accurate.

However, the Museum cannot assure or guarantee that statements concerning the quality, condition, age, or other characteristic of the materials, goods, and/or services are sold through the

Site by a third-party are accurate. The Museum makes every effort to present the colors of products as accurately as possible. The

display of color depends on the settings of a user's particular monitor; the Museum cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on an individual's monitor will be correct.

 

Accessibility

The Museum uses its best efforts to provide the highest possible level of website accessibility for our users, including that all information conveyed with color is still readable if a user is unable to

distinguish color, images used on the Site contain a textual description that will be read out loud within your screen reader, and all font sizes used on the Site use relative units of measurement

making scaling the font-size of the Site easier and more consistent.
